Jerry M Bookkeeping respects your privacy and protects your information using industry-standard security practices. We collect contact information, business details, financial records, and transaction data that you voluntarily provide in order to deliver bookkeeping services.
Your information is used solely to perform agreed-upon bookkeeping services, communicate with you regarding your account, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers, including QuickBooks Online for accounting services, Google Workspace for secure email and document storage, Calendly for appointment scheduling, Zoom for video meetings, and our payment processor for billing purposes only. We do not sell your data, and third parties are required to safeguard your information and use it only to perform their contracted services.
Records are maintained for the duration of our engagement and certain records may be retained for up to seven years after termination for tax or regulatory purposes. We protect data through encrypted connections, restricted access, and security controls such as multi-factor authentication where available.
You may request access to your information, corrections to inaccurate data, or deletion of non-essential data after services end. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, you will be notified without unreasonable delay as required by law.
Our website uses essential cookies necessary for functionality and may use Google Analytics to collect anonymized traffic data. Third-party tools such as Calendly and tawk.to may set their own cookies. You may manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may be affected.
Terms of Service
Jerry M Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping services, including account reconciliation and financial reporting, as agreed in writing with each client. We do not provide tax preparation, payroll services, legal advice, audit services, investment advice, or financial planning. Clients are responsible for consulting a qualified CPA, Enrolled Agent, or attorney for tax and legal matters.
Clients agree to provide accurate and timely financial information, grant necessary system access, and review reports promptly, notifying us of any issues within a reasonable time. Fees are based on the selected service package, billed monthly in advance, and late payments may result in suspension of services.
Either party may terminate services with thirty days written notice. No partial-month refunds are provided. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the three months preceding any claim. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on provided reports, errors in information supplied by the client, or indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
